My stay was absolutely delightful! The location on top of a hill provided serene views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The dining, though nice, could use a bit more variety. The facilities were fantastic, offering plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience despite a few minor drawbacks.

My family and I had a fantastic week at Mount Serene in Munnar. The location is stunning, surrounded by tea gardens and nature. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food, thanks to the chef who provided delightful and authentic dishes. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and eager to help. However, the approach to the resort was a bit bumpy due to construction work, which might improve soon.
